All About Screens Services wants to build your screened enclosed porches, pools, and pools.
When constructing our quality enclosures, each project we take on is
carefully planned and organized and has to go through several approval processes.
Initial Customer Approval
Our creative engineer works closely with the homeowner or contractor to custom design aluminum Florida pool enclosure or enclosed porch. We go over your ideas and concepts in order to understand what is the style you are wanting to achieve.
Residential Community Approval
Sometimes in certain residential communities presentations need to be made of new screen enclosure projects. We can make those presentations for you by working directly with association manager or board of directors to attain required approvals.
Engineer Approval
Once all is approved by homeowner, we process preliminary drawing for certified wind load calculations with structural engineer. We then take the certified drawings back to you for your sneak peek at your screened porch or screened pool project.
City Approval
We are now ready to move ahead and initiate process with your county by presenting certified plans and drawings along with recent home survey for formal approval by your municipality.
When work is finally approved by the city, we kick off project and commence to set up all appointments related with Permits and Inspection processes with respective municipalities and continue working closely every step of the way until job is complete.
Final Customer Approval
However, our job is not complete until our customer is fully satisfied. We offer our new screen enclosure customers a unique warranty and maintenance program to make sure your screen enclosure is safe and sound year after year.
