Our engineer is the company owner and has been constructing enclosed porches and pools for over 6 years around South Florida and in the Florida Keys servicing predominantly Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach and Monroe Counties.

Born and raised in Cuba, owner majored in mechanical engineering, and when he migrated to the United States 7 years ago he arrived with the entrepreneur spirit and passion for construction, especially with metal and aluminum structures.

During the year 2004, the first job landed was a skilled labor position repairing and installing screen panels and building screened porches for a medium-sized screen company in Miami. It was there where he practiced and learned to build a variety of enclosures. One year later he braced himself and opened his own screen company and when the hurricanes Katrina, Wilma, and Rita hit South Florida his reputation, experience and work sky-rocketed in the screen and enclosure trade and took the company to where it is today.

Being a smaller enterprise, we are able to keep our overhead and administrative costs low which in turn allows us to offer affordable prices to work with our customers. We only take on projects for Florida pool enclosures and enclosed porches that we can do. We do not like to make false promises or keep our customers waiting. We also work with general contractors, homeowner associations and have built residential communities alongside reputable general contractors and engineers and also scheduled to meet their time demands and structure. It makes a difference in performance and reputation to always keep those things in mind. We do not need a warehouse nor shop. We come to you and work there at your home.

We accept payments by CREDIT CARD, CHECKS, and CASH.
